Highways England have advised that work will commence to replace the safety barrier on the Eastbound carriageway of the A40 at Whitchurch on 5th March 2021.
Works will take place from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and some occasional weekend working may also be necessary.
The majority of the work will utilize a reduced speed limit and closure of lane one between Llangrove Road and the A4137 junction, however please note that there will be a full road closure in place overnight on Saturday 6th March, Sunday 7th March and Friday 26th March (8.00pm to 6.00am).
